- We send payoffs to banks overnight and pick up units as soon as possible. Payoffs go out twice a week, with tracking numbers so you can see when the check is delivered. Any money owed to you over the payoff is mailed at the same time.
- Easy does it
- When you send us to a customer’s home, we go as your agent. We don’t discuss numbers with the customer and keep interaction to a minimum. Everything is reported back to you.
